  I am really dissatisfied with Woodbank Surgery. It is difficult to get an appointment, even for very poorly young children. Most reception desk staff seem distracted and often reproachful. The nurses are kind and efficient. Dr Hussain told me I needed an urgent hospital examination. When I went back 4 weeks later to report I had not heard from the hospital, he arguing he had done his job. I had to be very assertive and ask him whether my symptoms were as serious and urgent as before. He checked and found my hospital referral had not left the surgery, so the hospital had not been contacted at all. Once he had stopped arguing he contacted the hospital and I was placed on the operation list for two days later. No apology. A few months later Dr Hussain fasted during Ramadan and was unfit to work by afternoon as he was in a hypoglycaemic daze.
